Rules for Participation:
Age: The child must be not less than 8yrs and not more than 15 years old at the date of registration.
Permissions: Kids must obtain the consent of their parents to be eligible for the Camcorder festival.
Indemnity: The participation of any child in the BOBTV Kidz camcorder festival is voluntary. BOBTV shall not be responsible or liable for any action, activity, accident or occurrence, behavior or other incidence which may occur in the process of this festival. All participants, parents, guardians and supervisors are hereby requested to exercise their best judgment and care with their children and wards in the course of their participation in this festival. The Participants shall exercise care not to infringe on any other persons rights. By submitting the finished signed registration form for the camcorder festival, the participant agrees to indemnify BOBTV against any third parties regarding the material, images, music or other used in the submitted project.
Broadcast rights: By submitting the completed and signed registration form entering for the BOBTV KIDZ camcorder festival, the participant willing grants BOBTV the rights to unlimited use of the project entered for the festival. This includes but is not limited to television broadcast, editing, internet broadcast and any other use as BOBTV may deem necessary. BOBTV KIDZ is a component event of the African Film and Television Programmes Expo, an annual event that holds in Abuja in March every year.
